Job summary

We are seeking a Director of Rehab (Physical Therapist) at a Lock Haven, PA facility. This role leads the PT department, oversees staff, and ensures quality resident care.

Licensed PA PT with 3+ years in skilled nursing/assisted living is required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week; new grads are not considered. Salary range is $40–$55 per hour, with standard licensing and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be a PA-licensed Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques.

Job Description:
