Aegis Therapies seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the therapy department in Issaquah, WA. You will inspire a team, shape the department, and drive quality patient care with strong corporate support and clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Current license in the state of practice as PT/PTA, OT/OTA, or SLP.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; 3 years preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
• Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six months.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Setting: Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Issaquah, WA

Pay: state range $60,000 to $110,975 per year

Qualifications:

• Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.

• Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.
