Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Cassville, MO seeks a Director of Rehabilitation (Licensed PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP) to lead high-quality rehabilitative services in a skilled nursing setting. Qualifications

• Current state licensure in PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and CMS/HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in long-term care leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for rehabilitation services and ensure clinical standards.
• Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff and support personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS/HIPAA) and quality improvement.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, case managers and other professionals for individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement programs introducing innovative therapies and technology.
