Position Responsibilities

1. Work closely with local leaders to ensure operational standards are upheld - providing legendary customer service and maintaining company culture.
2. Support corporate management on strategic planning and big picture initiatives.
3. Recommend process improvements and manage projects across regions.
4. Ensure exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in daily warehouse functions.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. 15+ years of experience, including supervisory roles in a multi-state or multi-building distribution center environment.
3. Knowledgeable in all aspects of warehouse operations - inbound and outbound.
4. Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
5. Available for travel to Uline’s North American locations.
