Position Responsibilities

• Work closely with local leaders to ensure operational standards are upheld - providing legendary customer service and maintaining company culture.

• Support corporate management on strategic planning and big picture initiatives.

• Recommend process improvements and manage projects across regions.

• Ensure exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse functions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 15+ years of experience, including supervisory roles in a multi-state or multi-building distribution center environment.

• Knowledgeable in all aspects of warehouse operations - inbound and outbound.

• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

• Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.
