Metro Vein Centers is seeking a Director of Real Estate to own end-to-end site selection and lease negotiation as we scale from 20 to 30 clinics annually. You will work directly with the CEO, VP of Business Development and the Board, shaping how this function operates in a lean organization.
You will partner with internal teams and external brokers, manage a pipeline across markets, and travel as needed to tour sites.
Metro Vein Centers is a rapidly growing healthcare practice specializing in state-of-the-art vein treatments. Our board-certified physicians and expert staff are on a mission to improve people’s quality of life by relieving the painful, yet highly treatable symptoms of vein disease—such as varicose veins and heavy, aching legs.
With over 70 clinics across 9 states, and still growing,we’re building the future of vein care—delivering compassionate, results-driven care in a modern, patient-first environment.
We proudly maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 93, the highest patient satisfaction in the industry.
The Director of Real Estate owns every step from market selection to signed lease, and the lease portfolio thereafter. We open roughly 20 clinics a year today and intend to reach 30. Site selection, LOI and lease negotiation currently run out of the VP of Business Development's desk, and that is the constraint on getting there.
This is a builder's role in a lean organization. You will be the first dedicated real estate hire, you will work directly with the CEO, the VP of Business Development and the Board, and you will set how this function operates rather than inherit a playbook. You will partner closely with the Director of Clinic Development & Facilities, who takes each site from lease signature through construction and opening.
This role has no initial direct reports. You will work through an external broker network and alongside internal project management, legal and finance.
