GSK is seeking a Portfolio Decision Scientist to partner with RI&I in R&D, supporting the portfolio from preclinical to late-stage development. You will evaluate investment opportunities under uncertainty, perform probabilistic assessments, and drive data-driven insights for senior leadership decisions.

The role requires collaboration with pipeline teams, governance boards, and cross-functional partners to optimise portfolio value and resource use.

Formación

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience leading or supporting project teams in drug development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for senior audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Guide pipeline project teams through strategic decisions and economic analyses across R&D lifecycle.
• Provide objective project assessments for investment decisions at governance boards.
• Deliver clear recommendations to investment bodies based on rigorous analysis and risk assessment.
• Support portfolio prioritisation and resource optimisation across multiple indications and modalities.
