Qualifications

• 15 years R&D experience in semiconductor or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead research and development directions and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Sets R&D direction to maximize product development and manufacturing excellence.
• Participates in high-level meetings to shape policies and plans for R&D success.
• Approves budgets and capital expenditures per corporate guidelines.
• Selects and trains R&D management to ensure smooth operations.
• Develops and maintains 5-year R&D direction with Marketing and Division Management.
• Provides technical direction for potential acquisitions and partnerships.
