Job summary

Jonas Software is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to own the Total Service Cloud ERP platform, spanning TypeScript/Node, React, Express, and a PostgreSQL backend. You will drive architectural decisions, ensure correctness across payroll, GL, AR/AP, and multi-tenant security, and lead migration from legacy systems.

You'll oversee CI/CD, blue/green deployments, and production incident response, while guiding a growing engineering team and collaborating with executives and customers.

Qualifications

• Senior full-stack engineer with ownership of a production application at scale.
• Strong backend correctness in financial or accounting domains and multi-tenant SaaS security.
• Cloud engineering experience on Azure and AWS with IaC and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own platform & product engineering for the Total Service Cloud ERP.
• Lead release governance, specs, and gatekeeping for production deployments.
• Mentor engineers, run standups, and align engineering with executives.
• Migrate legacy systems end-to-end and ensure data fidelity during ETL/DataCan.
• Represent engineering in AI/SDLC initiatives and vendor evaluations.
