Qualifications

• 10+ years in Quality Engineering or Quality Leadership within advanced manufacturing.

• Proven track record supporting customer qualification in high-reliability applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the company’s Quality Management System.
• Lead internal, customer, and supplier audits.
• Implement formal risk management frameworks across products.
