Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in quality/continuous improvement in Power Generation Industry or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems and RCA/CAPA.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; self-starter and team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA programs strategy and execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to align objectives with business and customer expectations.
• Lead a team evaluating existing processes for quality and efficiency.
• Establish enterprise-wide policies, standards, and metrics.
• Implement changes for cost or waste reduction and productivity improvements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and track progress against goals.
• Recommend changes affecting floor layout, material flow, or machinery.
• Direct compliance with applicable regulations.
• Represent quality in executive decision-making.
