Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors in healthcare, quality, or engineering required.
• Minimum three years in home health, primary care, or health facility.
• CA driver’s license and valid auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of a quality assurance program.
• Act as project manager, facilitator, consultant, and analyst for improvement initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on data to assess quality and patient outcomes.
• Advise VP and Sr. Directors with data-driven insights to improve care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
