Job summary

Community Rehabilitation Hospital North in Indianapolis is seeking a Quality Improvement leader to oversee the hospital-wide CQPI program, using data collection, analysis, and trending to drive performance and patient safety.

The role requires RN licensure, BSN, at least two years in acute care or rehab, and ability to educate staff. This is an onsite position with Lifepoint Health network benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state licensure highly preferred; clinical license required.
• BSN or BS/BA required.
• Minimum two years in an acute hospital or rehabilitation setting; supervisory experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required; APIC and NAHCQ certifications preferred.
• Data analysis and CQPI knowledge and personnel training experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the organization-wide Continuous Quality Performance Improvement program.
• Measures performance through data collection, analyses, and trending of data to drive improvements.
• Focus on processes and systems to improve performance and patient outcomes.
• Direct risk management and patient safety initiatives and investigations of adverse outcomes.
• Educate staff on CQPI and related hospital-wide education and training.
