Job summary

Lifepoint Health seeks a dedicated CQPI leader for Community Rehabilitation Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN. This 100% onsite role will drive hospital-wide continuous quality and performance improvement through data collection, analysis, and collaboration with leadership.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, a BSN or BS/BA, at least two years in hospital or rehab settings, and BLS/CPR certification. The position emphasizes education, risk reduction, and regulatory readiness within a

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current state licensure
BSN or BS/BA required
Minimum two (2) years in an acute hospital or rehabilitation setting
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required; preferred by APIC and NAHCQ

Responsibilities

Leads and oversees a comprehensive, efficient and integrated organization wide CQPI program.
Measures and assesses performance through collection, analyses, and trending of data.
Focuses on processes and systems to improve performance.
Directs risk management and patient safety activities; investigates adverse outcomes.
Educates staff on CQPI and related quality programs.
Communicates findings to leadership and relevant committees.
