Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across Bloomington-area hospitals. The role focuses on identifying, monitoring, and improving care processes to achieve measurable outcomes and align with accreditation and payer requirements.

Candidates must hold an active RN license in Indiana, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and a Bachelor's degree; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Active RN license in Indiana (or NLC).
• CPHQ or CPPS certification preferred.
• Five years of progressive quality improvement experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams to identify, monitor, evaluate, educate and improve care processes.
• Provide day-to-day operational leadership in quality improvement and patient safety.
• Develop and implement quality initiatives and end-to-end strategies for Accreditation and payor requirements.
• Monitor progress toward goals and drive improvements in quality scores and outcomes.
• Serve as a data and performance-improvement resource for leadership and staff.
