Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a hospital facility required; Quality/Risk leadership experience preferred.
• Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a similar field with strong analytics preferred.
• CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) preferred.
• Travel is infrequent.
• Understanding Healthcare.
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience.

Aufgaben

• Facilitates alignment between improvement initiatives and the organization’s strategic plan; directs day-to-day execution of strategies to improve outcomes.
• Maintains the facilities system-wide Quality program; data collection, analysis, policies, and reporting to administrators, Medical Staff, and the Board.
• Works with Clinical and Non-Clinical teams to improve KPI performance and design new processes.
• Acts as internal consultant on regulatory, process improvement, performance monitoring, and statistics.
• Focuses on better healthcare value and quality, including clinical outcomes, patient experience, safety, costs and efficiency.
• Coordinates Core Measures, ACO/MIPS/MACRA and meaningful use measures and other quality metrics.
• Collects and reports HCAHPS data.
• Organizes Quality Management meetings; maintains minutes and recommends actions.
• Conducts internal audits and risk analyses.
• Participates in nursing and physician peer review processes; supports FPPE/OPPE data collection.
• Analyzes areas for improvement and recommends process, system and operational changes.
• Establishes performance measurements and monitors trends; uses data systems as needed.
• Manages performance improvement projects and documents results.
• Participates in the Grievance Committee and resolves investigations.
• Evaluates the quality management system effectiveness.
• Designs and maintains patient safety and risk management programs.
• Investigates incidents for risk and loss prevention; suggests interventions.
• Mobilizes support to address high-risk practices.
