Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license in NC in good standing.
• Advanced understanding of quality improvement theory and methodology.
• Experience leading quality improvement activities and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Quality Improvement department activities.
• Leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Quality Improvement Program.
• Summarizes and shares clinical quality data with the Board and leadership.
• Establishes annual QI goals, work plans, and performance benchmarks.
• Develops dashboards and data tools to share performance results.
