Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Quality leader to head the Quality Department and ensure production quality through controls, validated processes, documentation, and staff management. The role emphasizes ensuring high-reliability standards and interface with customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in QA/QC within electrical construction or related manufacturing, with a strong track record in leadership, RCCA, and non-destructive testing methods.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.
• Minimum 5–10 years in quality management in manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for QA/QC across the organization.
• Lead and develop a team of Quality Supervisors and QC Inspectors.
• Manage supplier quality audits and vendor qualification.
• Direct development and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials, and products.
• Analyze QC data to identify continual improvements.
• Oversee testing and data collection to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Communicate and resolve quality issues across the organization.
• Maintain inspection documentation and adherence to standards.
