Job summary

Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Facility Ethics & Compliance Officer to lead hospital-wide compliance initiatives and risk management. You will coordinate regulatory surveys, educate staff, and report to senior leadership on quality and compliance performance.

In this role, you will partner with medical staff and administration to ensure adherence to CMS, TJC, NHSN, and other standards, while driving continuous improvement and patient safety initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Nursing degree is preferred; RN licensure may be considered."

Responsibilities

• Plans, Oversees hospital-wide performance improvement program.
• Facilitates CQI activities with clinical leadership and staff.
• Maintains awareness of regulatory changes and accreditation standards.
