Job summary

Kindred Hospital New Jersey - Rahway is seeking a dedicated professional to plan and oversee the hospital-wide performance improvement program, educate staff, and act as a liaison to the Governing Body.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, clinical risk management, and collaboration across departments to improve patient care and compliance. Travel may be required; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• 3+ years of hospital quality or risk management experience required.
• RN licensure and CPHQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee hospital-wide performance improvement.
• Educate medical staff, hospital staff, and governance about quality initiatives.
• Coordinate regulatory surveys and ensure compliance with standards.
• Document occurrences and prepare leadership reports.
• Escalate issues and participate in risk management and patient safety activities.
