Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Engineering Leadership.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale Quality Engineering organizations or practices.
• Proven experience building or transforming Quality Engineering capabilities.
• Experience leading quality teams across complex technology transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise quality strategies.
• Experience managing large vendor and partner relationships.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Berkley’s enterprise Quality Engineering vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish enterprise-wide quality standards, practices, and governance frameworks.
• Build and mature a Quality Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Lead quality practices, test automation, and vendor governance.
• Ensure delivery excellence across technology and business units.
• Drive continuous improvement through quality analytics.
