Job summary

You will shape QE strategy, drive automation and AI-enabled testing, mentor global teams, and partner with client leaders on strategic pursuits, PoCs, and scalable automation platforms. The role requires strong pre-sales skills, deep knowledge of Agile/DevSecOps, and the ability to define measurable outcomes such as release

Qualifications

• 18+ years in Quality Engineering, test automation, test transformation, or technology delivery with leadership of enterprise QA programs.
• Deep expertise in QE strategy, functional and regression testing, test automation, data and ETL testing and QE transformation.
• Experience with AI/GenAI in test design, data generation, script maintenance, risk-based testing and quality insights.

Responsibilities

• Core QE expertise to drive end-to-end new business growth and delivery of QE programs.
• Partner and build relationships with client technology leaders, present differentiated solutions and develop estimates and proposals.
• Drive PoCs/MVPs demonstrating automation, AI-enabled testing, and scalable tooling.
• Drive automation-first and risk-based quality strategies across functional and non-functional testing.
• Establish quality gates, dashboards, and KPI reviews; use data to identify risks and improve quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Influence QE customer teams for automation frameworks, test platforms, and CI/CD integration.
