Carolina-Container-A-Division-of-New-Indy seeks an Experienced Quality Leader to guide manufacturing quality systems in a high-output corrugated environment. You will advance standards, drive Lean initiatives, and manage quality staff while partnering with operations to cut defects and costs.

The role demands 7–10 years of progressive quality leadership in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and the ability to travel up to 50%. ISO 9001 and Six Sigma experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).
  • 7-10 years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent financial and budget management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate.
  • Develop andmaintaincompany-wide quality systems and standards.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
  • ASQ certification preferred.
  • Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • ISO 9001 experience preferred.
