Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressively responsible procurement/administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage procurement of goods and services for City and Fleet Division.
• Develop, implement and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
• Oversee development of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage annual budget for the Division and forecast staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Supervise Purchasing staff and provide training and performance evaluations.
• Oversee fleet replacement program and contracting for repair and rental services.
• Ensure safety, compliance with laws, and ethical procurement practices.
