As the Director of PR, Brand Performance Growth, you will play a critical role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns designed to enhance brand performance and fuel business growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales, analytics, product, and creative—to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and monitor results by performing the following duties.

A Day In The Life:

  • Develops and executes brand growth strategies across digital and traditional marketing channels to meet key performance objectives (KPIs).
  • Monitors and analyzes brand performance metrics, market trends, and consumer insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborates with creative, content, and digital agency team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Leads testing and optimization strategies (A/B testing, audience segmentation, channel mix) to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Identifies growth opportunities within new and existing markets and recommend tactical plans to capture them.
  • Manages budget planning, forecasting, and allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Provides regular performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Oversees brand health tracking, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Builds and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support growth initiatives.

Education & Experience

  • 5-7+ years of experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles, preferably within B2B or high-growth environments
  • Industry experience in Public Relations preferred
