Job summary

The Power Group in Dallas is seeking a Director of Public Relations to lead strategic communications for B2B and B2C clients. You will guide a team of PR professionals, shape messaging, and elevate client visibility through media relations and thought leadership.

  • 8-10 years of PR or communications experience, including prior agency experience (required).
  • Proven ability to lead integrated PR campaigns across both B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills; you know how to make complex stories clear, compelling, and relevant.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
  • Experience mentoring and leading teams, ideally within a small to mid-sized agency setting.
  • A collaborative spirit, entrepreneurial energy, and genuine passion for people and purpose.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $110,000–$125,000

What You'll Do

As part of our agency leadership team, you'll guide a talented group of PR professionals while managing a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. You'll play a pivotal role in client strategy, team development, and agency growth.
