Urban Institute in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Director to establish and lead the AI Studio, partnering with governments, nonprofits, and industry to translate public policy into practical AI solutions.

You will shape long-term strategy, build a sustainable portfolio, and lead multidisciplinary teams delivering responsible, evidence-based AI initiatives that create measurable public benefit.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience securing funding and partnerships.
• Experience at the intersection of strategy, technology, policy, and philanthropy.
