Running a confidential search for a Director of Asset & Property Management on behalf of a private real estate investment group based in South Florida.

This is a hybrid, hands-on seat. The platform owns and operates a select portfolio of commercial assets and is in an active phase of operational build-out. The person we hire will own asset-level financial performance and be physically present at the buildings - walking the properties, managing vendors, and handling day-to-day operations directly.

What the role covers:

• Full ownership of financials, CAMs, forecasting, and variance reporting
• Day-to-day property operations, vendors, and on-site staff
• Oversight of CapEx, repairs, and tenant buildouts
• End-to-end leasing progression, from LOI through tenant opening
• Building SOPs, reporting structure, and operational discipline
