23rd Group is seeking a Director of Project Management, a critical position responsible for mentoring and supervising team members who are processing facility maintenance work orders for commercial locations.
Position Responsibilities
• Develops and manages training and support programs to ensure achievement of weekly, monthly, and annual objectives.
• Continually gathers and monitors information on team performance, workload, talent development, and opportunities for growth.
• Working alongside Human Resources with interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
• Possess and maintains thorough knowledge of Construction Management industry.
• Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of team members; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
• Understands and communicates information regarding company processes, procedures, and models – ensuring adherence by all team members.
• Ensure good working relationship with all internal departments – accounting, vendor relations, recruitment, and projects.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Generates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, tracking work as specified by manager.
• Serves as an escalation point-of-contact as needed for challenging or complex work orders in which the team requires. Manages all team escalations as it related to client relationships.
• Proactively evaluate current and future services and support and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
