• Experience leading enterprise project delivery governance and performance.

• Serve as the accountable leader for the Project Delivery platform across geographies and business units.
• Lead and champion the project management talent strategy, including career pathing and succession planning.
• Partner with sales, client service, and operations to strengthen delivery processes and standards.
• Lead the project management community to share lessons learned and promote best practices.
• Sponsor training and development programs for Project Managers and related roles.
• Oversee project management processes and performance reviews to ensure delivery excellence.
• Support enterprise risk management through risk identification and escalation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive profitable project delivery.
• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise project delivery oversight programs.
