Electrified Thermal Solutions is seeking a Director of Project Delivery, Europe, to lead deployment of Joule Hive Thermal Batteries across the continent and scale deployment capabilities. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will build a cross-functional team of project managers, engineers and technicians and partner with EPCs and customers to meet scope and timelines.

The role requires 10+ years in deploying large-scale industrial equipment in Europe and strong PM, communication, and field

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience deploying large-scale industrial equipment across multiple industries in different European countries.
• Strong project management experience.
• Experience with codes, standards and permitting processes in Europe.
• Experience building and managing project delivery teams.
• Experience working with industrial customers and deploying equipment on their sites.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Develop and implement strategy to engage with Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) partners to support project deliveries.
• Develop and build out the project deployment team of project managers, engineers and technicians to support parallel deployments.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Application team to evaluate project feasibility early on.
• Closely engage with project's customers, including traveling to sites, to ensure their needs are met throughout the project.

About Electrified Thermal Solutions

Boilers, furnaces, and kilns are the engines of our industrial economy, providing heat to melt steel, form cement, and transform chemicals. But historically reaching this high-temperature heat required burning fossil fuels, making the industrial sector responsible for 25% of global greenhouse gas emissions.

Electrified Thermal Solutions has a simple and massive goal: to electrify industry.

To do this, we are building the Joule Hive thermal battery: an energy storage technology that converts and stores cheap, renewable electricity as high-temperature heat. Our vision is to mitigate gigatons of CO2 emissions per year by deploying the Joule Hive at every industrial furnace, turbine, boiler, and kiln.

About the Role

As the Director of Project Delivery, Europe, you will lead the deployment of Joule Hive Thermal Batteries across the continent. You will play a key role in scaling up our deployment capabilities to support the growth of the company. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering.

What You'll Do

• Ensure projects are delivered to customer's satisfaction.
