We are hiring a Director of Programs & Operations to serve as our CEO's primary organizational partner and senior operational leader. This role carries direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of ecoLatinos' programs, grant compliance, staff, and organizational systems — enabling the CEO to focus on fundraising, board relations, and external partnerships.

Salary: $65,000 – $78,000 annually, commensurate with experience
This is a full-time, exempt position based in College Park, Maryland, with local travel to program sites and partner meetings across the DC / Baltimore region.
