EcoLatinos in the Washington DC / Baltimore region seeks a Director of Programs & Operations, the senior operational leader working closely with the CEO to oversee day-to-day management of programs, grants, staff, and organizational systems.

You will supervise 4–6 staff and consultants, ensure grant commitments are fulfilled on time and in compliance with federal requirements, and enable fundraising and external partnerships through strong operations.
