Job summary

YMCA of the USA is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead Farha Andover Court Center’s staff, programs and daily operations under the Branch Director. This role emphasizes staff development, program quality and community engagement, with an expectation of about 50 hours per week.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in youth program development and management, as well as substantial experience in hiring, training and budget management. Evening and weekend commitments apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 5 years’ experience in Youth Program development and management.
• 5 years’ experience hiring, managing, training & developing staff.
• 5 years’ experience in development and management of budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff development, recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Oversee program operations, registrations, schedules and safety standards.
• Manage budgets and financial targets for the branch.
• Support fundraising efforts and community campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with YMCA policies and risk management.
• Represent the branch in the community and coordinate with the Branch Director.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in related field

5 years’ experience in Youth Program development and management

5 years’ experience hiring, managing, training & developing staff

5 years’ experience in development and management of budget
