As the Director of Program Operations at CodePath, you’ll be at the heart of a mission-driven organization that is transforming the tech education landscape. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, refine, and scale operational systems that enable CodePath to expand its reach to 100,000 students annually—ensuring they receive a seamless, high-quality learning experience.
You will architect the backbone of CodePath’s programs, driving efficiency, innovation, and student success. From staffing and onboarding to project retrospectives and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll create and optimize workflows that empower teams to deliver world-class education at scale. You’ll also develop real-time dashboards to provide critical insights into program quality, staffing, financials, and strategic adjustments—helping leadership make data-driven decisions that shape the future of tech education.
You won’t just be leading operations—you’ll be leading globally. You will oversee and provide strategic direction for an international support team based in the Philippines, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones and maximizing efficiency. You’ll cultivate a high-performing, mission-aligned team, optimizing remote collaboration to drive operational excellence.

CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for a Director level position at an annual salary of $135,000 to $175,000. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
Pay range: $135,000 - $175,000 USD
