Job summary

• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills.
• Experience establishing governance models, portfolio management processes, operating rhythms, and executive reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex, high-visibility initiatives across PlayStation's commerce and monetization ecosystem.
• Define strategic objectives, roadmaps, priorities, success metrics, and investment plans with executives.
• Establish governance frameworks enabling informed decisions and accountability.
• Oversee portfolio health, risk management, and execution strategy.
