Job summary

Qualifications

• A thorough knowledge of program planning and development for departmental programs.
• Ability to liaise with director, division heads, local governments and community groups.
• Capacity to coordinate programs across state departments and evaluate existing programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage funding from federal and state sources, track data, and prepare reports.
• Initiate purchasing processes, RFPs, vendor quotes, and approvals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of post-secondary and vocational programming.
• Coordinate with program providers, facilities, and internal departments.
• Work with educational partners to schedule courses and manage admissions and financial aid.
• Develop and align educational programming with population needs.
