Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Charlotte seeks a Director of Production to oversee the installation process, including measurement, warehouse operations, and field execution to ensure Signature Service.

You will drive efficiency, capacity planning, and KPI achievement while leading both W2 and 1099 teammates. Collaboration with other department leaders and travel to Charlotte, Greer, and Columbia is required.

Strong leadership, financial insight, and contractor management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7+ years in home improvement or related field.
• At least 5 years of direct leadership experience.
• Experience in customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.
• Experience recruiting and managing independent contractors.
• Ability to lead in a team environment.
• Advanced financial knowledge and P&L experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation process, measuring, warehouse, and field operations.
• Drive KPIs and improve efficiency while managing costs.
• Lead a mixed workforce of W2 and 1099 employees.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Process to align resources.
• Manage safety initiatives and regulatory training.
• Directly lead all production and technical measure teams.
• Travel to Charlotte, NC and nearby sites as required.
