Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in product management and business development within Residential Services, Telecommunications, Utilities, or Services Industry.
• Proven track record of launching and managing complex products in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with overall business goals and market trends.
• Lead the product management team in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, lifecycle management and releases.
• Own, Manage and Drive results from our key sales partnerships.
• Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, engineering, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Analyze market data, internal data compliance, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and business strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize product development and business growth.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career progression.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key stakeholders to promote products and business initiatives.
