Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a seasoned Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and roadmap for enterprise products, driving value for customers and associates across the company. You will translate customer needs into compelling product initiatives and mentor a team of product managers to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders to align the portfolio with business goals, deliver measurable outcomes, and ensure a seamless customer experience across the journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience.
• Legal to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the enterprise product vision and roadmap across the customer journey.
• Partner with functional and technical leaders to plan capabilities to meet business needs.
• Balance strategy with fiscal responsibility and prioritize portfolio funding.
