Job summary

A10 Networks is seeking a Manager, Product Security and Trust to lead the security of what we ship and validate our credibility. You will own the application security testing program across the portfolio, including SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets and container scanning, and AI security testing.

Reporting to the CISO, you’ll partner with engineering, product, and IT to embed security into the development lifecycle, drive compliance initiatives, and build trust artifacts for customers and prospects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product or application security with leadership experience.
• Hands-on depth with security testing tooling at scale and practical CI/CD integration.
• Experience with software supply chain security (SBOM) and security compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature application security testing across the portfolio (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets, containers).
• Partner with engineering to embed security testing into CI/CD pipelines with clear ownership and SLAs.
• Develop security testing capabilities for AI/ML components.
• Automate triage, reduce false positives, and instrument the program with measurable metrics.
• Coordinate third‑party testing and feed remediation backlog into PSIRT.
• Drive product security compliance initiatives and certifications across the portfolio.
• Represent security requirements in governance and NPI processes.
• Lead and mentor a small team of product security engineers.
