Via Transportation, Inc. seeks a Director of Product for Remix to define and drive the next era of multimodal transit planning and scheduling.

You will own end-to-end product experience, from strategic planning through live execution, enabling agencies to move from static schedules to data-driven, optimized operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, balance labor rules with agility, and partner with engineering, design, data science, and GTM to ship measurable outcomes while engaging

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience owning complex enterprise software products.
• Proven track record shipping high-quality products in workflow-heavy environments.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational detail and customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Remix across fixed route, paratransit, microtransit, and emerging modes.
• Build data-driven scheduling framework leveraging ridership, constraints, and service goals.
• Incorporate labor union rules and workforce regulations into scalable product decisions.
• Connect planning to live operations to reduce gaps and improve dispatcher confidence.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and GTM to ship with measurable outcomes.
• Engage transit planners and schedulers to surface unmet needs and validate direction.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory dynamics to keep Remix ahead.
