Job Description

The Director of Product Partnerships for Financial Intelligence is a key role within Platforms Solutions, a division of FIS focused on innovative financial services compliance & risk technology.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product leadership to identify partnership opportunities in identity, compliance, and fraud products.
• Evaluate buy/build/partner scenarios, and manage sourcing and execution of partnerships aligned with product strategy.
• Optimize costs and margins through negotiations and contract management.
• Develop new SKUs through partnerships, and deliver impactful product collaborations.
• Work cross-functionally with technology, finance, legal, and other teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Promote FIS and Platform products, and foster a startup mentality within the team.

Qualifications:

• Background in identity, compliance, or fraud industries.
• 10+ years in product partnership or related roles, targeting banking or financial services clients.
• Experience in structuring complex enterprise contracts.
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders across functions.
• Strong perspective with openness to data and opinions.
• Client advocacy skills and relationship-building experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity and strategic adjustments.

Salary range: $170,740 - $281,750, based on skills and experience.
