Job summary

AspenTech is seeking a Product Management Director to define and execute the product strategy for Aspen HYSYS and drive market growth. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Services, R&D and Solution Consulting to ensure the continued success of AspenTech's Process Simulation portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Process Engineering or related discipline.
MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in the petroleum, energy, or process industries.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Aspen HYSYS, backed by a business case.
Lead an Agile product lifecycle from ideation to execution with clear value proof points.
Engage customers and partners to drive adoption and growth in the Process Simulation portfolio.
Lead and develop a high-performing Product Management team and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
