G2 Risk Solutions is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Bankruptcy Risk Solutions (BRS) portfolio across the Americas. You will define product vision, prioritize market needs, and deliver solutions that drive adoption and growth.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Executive Leadership to translate business requirements into scalable products, own end-to-end roadmaps, and ensure product-market fit in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of product management in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building external enterprise customer products, not just internal tools.
• Experience in startup/high-growth environments.
• Experience with complex enterprise customers and GTM teams.
• End-to-end ownership of a product domain: strategy, roadmap, launch.
• Strong data-driven decision making; ML/AI experience is a plus.
• Experience using modern AI tools for productivity and product execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the BRS portfolio.
• Define product vision with actionable roadmaps, requirements, and execution plans.
• Apply AI-first thinking to development and workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Client Success, and enterprise customers for GTM efforts.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery to validate solutions and identify market needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to build data-driven products.
• Define features, write user stories, and manage product backlogs in Jira.
• Monitor product KPIs, customer outcomes, and product performance metrics.
• Support platform modernization and customer migrations where applicable.
• Support commercialization by partnering with marketing and sales on pricing, packaging, messaging, and onboarding materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to guide development and remove roadblocks.
• Engage directly with key customers to understand use cases and validate hypotheses.
