Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Director of Product Management to lead a PM team and own the strategy for empowering developers on the Now platform. You will drive the lifecycle from authored change to governed deployment, including sandboxing, testing, metering, and release operations.

You will guide a broad surface of more than twenty product areas, setting standards for product craft and cross-team collaboration with executive stakeholders. This role combines deep technical depth with strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management with team leadership.
• Experience building developer platforms and SDLC tools at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to defend executive-level strategic cases.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year product strategy across Developer Reach, Sandboxes, Testing, and Release Ops.
• Build and mentor a PM team covering ~20 product areas.
• Set governance, risk, and auditability standards for agentic development.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Finance, and cross-BU governance to align roadmaps.
