Job summary

Speridian Technologies is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the product roadmap, prioritize investments based on customer value, market opportunity, and competitive differentiation, and drive strategic initiatives in a remote capacity.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with engineering, delivery, marketing, and customer success, develop KPIs, and translate customer feedback into actionable product initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software product management experience.
• 3+ years leading product strategy or product organizations.
• Experience working with software engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize investments based on customer value, market opportunity, revenue impact, and differentiation.
• Identify emerging technology, AI, automation, and industry trends affecting verticals.
• Establish a formal process for gathering customer feedback and translate needs into strategic initiatives.
• Lead enhancement prioritization, release planning, and communicate priorities across the organization.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Development, Delivery, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Define and track KPIs; monitor adoption, satisfaction, retention, and feature utilization.

Duration - Full Time

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize investments based on customer value, market opportunity, revenue impact, and competitive differentiation.
• Identify emerging technology, AI, automation, and industry trends affecting our verticals.

Voice of the Customer

• Establish a formal process for gathering customer feedback.
• Engage directly with agency executives, program leaders, administrators, and end users.
• Translate customer needs into strategic product initiatives.

Product Roadmap Ownership

• Lead enhancement prioritization and release planning.
• Maintain transparent roadmap and communicate priorities across the organization.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as the primary liaison between:
  • Development
  • Delivery
  • Marketing
  • Customer Success
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and development priorities.
• Drive product positioning and messaging.
• Support major pursuits, demonstrations, and RFP responses.
• Develop competitive intelligence and market differentiation strategies.

Product Performance

• Define and track key product KPIs.
• Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and feature utilization.
• Recommend investments to improve product growth and profitability.
