Role Overview

You'llown our product line from the inside. That means making our current pumps better,more efficient, more cost-effective, more competitive,and building what comes next.You'llwork directly with the founding team and haverealinfluence on where this company goes. Weare looking forsomeonewho'sdone this before and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Tear down our existing products and find ways to improve performance, reduce costs, and streamline manufacturing
• Design and develop new pump models and product line extensions
• Work directly with our operations, product, and quality teams to getproducts from conceptintocustomer hands
• Work with operations to expandsupplier relationship for motors, molding, electronics, and components
• Lead testingcoordination, validation, and troubleshooting
• Make surewe'restaying competitive with what else is out there (and beating it)
• Drive decisions on what we build next based on whatactually mattersto moms and what we can execute on

Education/Experience

• 5+ Years developing consumer products:ideally breast pumps, medical devices, or similar personal care products
• You'veworked at companiesin this space,or similar and know how these products are really built
• You'velaunched multiple products end-to-end, from early design through mass production
• You can move fast, make executive decisions based on knowledge and experience
• Comfortable being the technical expert in the room and explaining trade-offs to non-engineers
