Job Description

This position is fully remote; however, the preferred candidates currently live in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego.

A mission-driven SaaS company—founded in the wake of the housing crisis—is building the modern loan experience from the ground up. Since 2016, they’ve created an all-in-one platform that streamlines a messy, outdated process for lenders, real estate pros, and borrowers alike. Think POS meets automation, purpose-built for a high-stakes, heavily regulated industry.

They’re looking for a Director-level leader to own both product and engineering strategy—someone who can bring clarity to complex systems, scale teams, and ship products that actually matter. Strong fundamentals in system design, SaaS architecture, and customer-facing product strategy are key. Mortgage background is not required—just a sharp mind and strong execution muscle.

Quiet team, big mission, lots of greenfield ahead.

This is a startup. Candidates with current or previous startup experience are strongly preferred.
