Position Overview

As a Product Management professional within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in a PNC footprint location.

Job Description
  1. Drive the business and financial results for a product or experience by utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product experience, through leading a team managing new and existing products.
  2. Use knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver products to customers across all applicable channels. Present initiatives to gain management buy-in. Manage progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and meet strategic goals.
  3. Influence product and customer experience trends by monitoring competitors and peer organizations to stay abreast of emerging trends. Lead a team responsible for translating innovative concepts into new or improved products, lines, or experiences. Recognize, anticipate, and resolve operational and process issues. Present initiatives for management approval.
  4. Evaluate potential product development or experience projects for feasibility and value, ensuring successful outcomes with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channels, and internal partners. Participate in client-facing and external stakeholder activities throughout the product lifecycle. Adhere to company risk appetite and evaluate products for risk management, compliance, and audit requirements.
  5. Manage, motivate, and develop the performance of the Product Development Management team and key contributors, including managing performance evaluations and staffing appropriately to address talent gaps.
